Management Contract & Property Rebranding

Arya will franchise its proprietary hotel/ resort brand as a part of its management strategy. We will assume day-to-day management of properties, offering industry leading systems; a recognized brand name and sales support for these properties, with financial returns to the owners.

We propose the use of Arya’s operating systems, IQware, which comes complete with a virtual turnkey IT property management system (PMS).
